Stefan Andonovski is a doctoral candidate at the Justinianus Primus Faculty of Law in Skopje and a masters degree in international relations at Johns Hopkins University in the USA.
Before entering politics, he worked in the business sector in Macedonia for five years and was a consultant on international donor projects in the field of digital marketing, communications and media. In the 2021 local elections, he was elected as a member of the Skopje City Council.
From January to June 2024, he will serve as Additional Deputy Minister of Information Society and Administration in the Government for the Organization of the 2024 Parliamentary Elections.
On June 23, 2024, he was elected Minister in the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
He has written papers and columns in domestic and international journals, focusing on international mediation and negotiations, as well as constitutional reforms in post-conflict systems. He speaks Macedonian, English and Italian, and is also fluent in Greek and German.
