Macedonia2025 announces an open call for up to 6 scholarships for the Executive Education Program in Canada for 2026 in collaboration with the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.
The Macedonia2025 Executive Education Program in Canada offers talented Macedonian managers a comprehensive North American experience, featuring access to top executive education courses and genuine North American business exposure. Candidates can choose between two programs: i) Leadership and ii) Strategic Execution Program.
This Executive Education Program aims to support talented professionals in the country to improve their professional knowledge and leadership potential by enhancing participants’ competencies and performance in a rapidly changing global business environment. It offers a unique networking opportunity that can help export-oriented companies promote their products and services to global markets.

The target participants for this program are middle and top-level Macedonian managers and successful entrepreneurs at companies located in Macedonia who plan to develop their professional careers in the country and to contribute towards its economic development. Candidates must fulfil the following criteria:
Participants in the Macedonia2025 scholarship program will take part in a comprehensive executive education module designed to enrich their experience while strengthening leadership skills and advancing strategic execution capabilities.
The program structure includes:
Duration and Timing: Participants can engage in one of the following executive education modules, spanning 5 working days: 1) Leadership (offered in February or June 2026), and 2) Strategic Execution (offered in May 2026).
Financial Coverage: Macedonia2025 sponsors two-thirds of the cost of enrollment, tuition, and administrative fees associated with the selected executive program, while the participant is expected to participate with 2,500 EUR (this amount may vary due to changes in program fees). The fee covers accommodation and food for the duration of the training.
Travel and Accommodation: Participants are responsible for covering the co-share of enrollment fees, financing their travel, visa expenditures, and accommodation expenses (if any) prior and after the course.
Networking Opportunities: Participants will have a unique opportunity to network with Macedonia2025 members and supporters residing in Canada.

Both programs take place at the Donald Gordon Congress Center in Kingston, ON (a 3-hour drive from Toronto). The program fee includes tuition, accommodation and meals throughout the 5-day program.
Accommodation arrangements and other additional expenses not covered by the scholarship and out of the program duration are the sole responsibility of the candidates.
Scholarship recipients must sign a framework agreement with Macedonia2025, outlining areas of contribution to the organization or the country following their participation in the program.
Recipients are required to provide photos and testimonials after completing the program for promotional purposes.
Alumni are expected to maintain close relations with Macedonia2025, participate in events, and contribute to the organization’s mission.
