Prof. Dr. Nikica Mojsoska-Blazevski is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Macedonia2025. Nikica’s prior experience was in academia, where she served two terms as dean of the business school, as well as in public administration where she held the positon of Head of Macroeconomic Department at the Ministry of Finance of Macedonia.
Nikica has extensive experience of over 19 years in research, consultancy and advisory in economic policies, labour markets, social systems and education in Macedonia, as well as the Western Balkan region. She has worked with major international economic organizations and institutions, such as the World Bank, ILO, RCC, UNDP, UN Women and the European Commission. She has served as an economic and labour market advisor to the government institutions in the Western Balkan region. Mojsoska-Blazevski is author of many journal articles and several book chapters, and member of the world-renewed research associations.
Nikica is a member of several professional organizations, including the Management Board of the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia, Audit Committee of the Sparkasse Bank-Macedonia, and Board of trustees of the Macedonian Foundation for Enterprise Development, as well as of several academic networks.

As a co-founder of Macedonia2025, John sits on many charity boards and founded the S’Cool Life Fund, to support public elementary schools across Canada. Since the launch in 2005, S’Cool Life Fund has raised and donated over $3 million helping to make school life more enjoyable for thousands of public elementary school kids.

Marko is an economist with more than 10 years of experience in major domestic and international organizations, in domains of economic research, banking and academia. He has earned his PhD degree on the subject of ‘’Factors of regional competitiveness’’ at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis in 2015, as well as his master’s degree on the subject of ‘’Role of corruption in FDI attraction – case of Central and East European countries’’ at the same university in 2010. He has joined NALED in 2021, as Head of Competitiveness unit, after having spent two years as senior economist in CEVES, and in parallel as a Serbian national consultant with UN Department of Social and Economic Affairs. Beforehand, Marko spent seven years in banking, of which two were in the role of an asset liability manager and five as a macroeconomist in Addiko bank. Blaž Brodnjak is CEO of NLB d.d., parent bank of the NLB Group, the leading banking and financial group with headquarters and an exclusive strategic interest in Southeast Europe.
He is a senior corporate banker with more than 20 years of diverse experience at managerial positions on all levels of international banking groups. Blaž has grown operationally into the business from the account officer (sales) level, while he developed managerial skills via heading a business subsegment (department), a segment (division) and the whole commercial activity (board member) in Slovenian subsidiaries of international banking groups (BACA, Raiffeisen and BAWAG P.S.K.). He has also acted as the chief investment officer in the largest insurance company, headquartered in the SEE – Triglav Group, to later function as the division head (B-1) for corporate banking in the EUR 34 billion Hypo Alpe Adria banking group, focused on the SEE region. He has joined NLB d.d. in 2012 as Member of the Management Board and has taken over the CEO and CMO positions in July 2016.

Gjorgje Vojnovic is the CEO of TriglavOsiguruvanje AD, Skopje and President of the Association of Financial Organizations at the Economic Chamber. He started his professional career at the age of 15, as a basketball player. Throughout his career he played for several Macedonian and international basketball teams, and was a representative player for the National Basketball Team. While advancing in his sports career, Vojnovic gained a University degree at the Faculty of Physical Education, University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius, Skopje. He finished his Master’s studies at Sheffield’s University City College in Thessaloniki, with a dissertation in marketing. In 2006 he was appointed as General Manager of the official Ford importer in Macedonia and in 2007 started working in the financial sector as a Member of the Management Board in the leasing company Hypo Alpe Adria Leasing. In 2012 Vojnovic was appointed as CEO in Triglav Osiguruvanje AD, Skopje and ever since is working in the insurance sector. He attended and completed the Advanced Management Program at Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management in 2018.
In addition to his professional engagements, he is a member of numerous associations and institutions and devoted to humanitarian projects.

In his youth he left to play for Crvena Zvezda (Serbia), and continued his football career in Iraklis (Greece), Trikala (Greece), Slovenian Maribor, Pobeda Prilep, Paniliakos (Greece), Macedonia Gjorce Petrov, Ashdod (Israel), Cementarnica Skopje, again Macedonia Gjorce Petrov and the most trophy winning Macedonian club Vardar for the end of his career as a player.
He started his coaching career in FC Vardar. He was an assistant in the professional staff of the generation that won the championship title in the 2011/12 season.
As head of the professional staff of FC Vardar, he won the MFL championship title for the 2012/13 season and the Super Cup title in the Macedonian league.
In 2014, he was appointed selector of the national team of Macedonia under 21.
Under the leadership of Blagoja Milevski, the Macedonian national team under 21 became the first football team from the country to qualify for a major competition.
Macedonia finished first in the qualifying group and secured a place among the 12 best youth national teams at the European Championship 2017 in Poland in a group with Spain, Portugal, and Serbia.
In 2018, he was the head coach of the Israeli Ashdod. After the termination of the contract with Ashdod, in 2019 he was re-appointed as the selector of the national team of Macedonia under 21.
The Macedonian national team finished the qualifications for the European Championship 2021 in second place, behind Spain and only due to the change in the format of the qualifications, Macedonia was not in the qualifying round for the European Championship.
The Football Federation of Macedonia on August 1, 2021 appointed him as a selector of the A national team of Macedonia.
Under the leadership of Blagoja Milevski, the Macedonian A national team for the first time in football history finished second in a qualifying round for the World Cup.
Macedonia finished the qualifications for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar behind Germany and secured a place in the playoffs for participation in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Nina Angelovska, PhD is an entrepreneur, President of the Macedonian E-commerce Association, Asst. Prof. at the University of Tourism and Management, Skopje, and the former Minister of Finance of the Republic of North Macedonia.
She co-founded and was heading the first deal platform and leading e-commerce company in Macedonia, Grouper.mk, launched in 2011 that transformed the e-commerce market.
Angelovska’s passion for e-commerce, digital transformation and drive for change led her to establish the first Macedonian E-commerce Association in 2017. She was a member of several Boards including the Macedonian Economic Chamber and the European Ecommerce and Omnichannel Trade Association (EMOTA). Currently, she is a member of the Board of Directors at Makedonski Telekom.
Angelovska works as an independent consultant in business development, marketing, digital economy and e-commerce, and is a frequent speaker at conferences and events striving to infuse passion and awake the potential of many young people.
Her hard work and impact have been widely recognized. In 2018 she was named Forbes 30 Under 30 and in 2019 she was named one of the seven global UNCTAD eTrade for Women Advocates. Recently she made a successful exit when the Polish Group Asseco SEE acquired her company, Grouper.mk.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Embassy of Canada in Belgrade, Serbia
Mr. Giles Norman (BA Hons, Lancaster University, 1990; LLB, Queen’s University, 1996) joined the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade in 1999 after being called to the Bar of the Law Society of Ontario in 1998.
His overseas assignments include political officer in Ankara (2001 to 2004), political and trade counsellor in Colombo (2007 to 2009) and first-ever director of the Canadian International Centre for the Arctic Region in Oslo (2009 to 2012), where he also served as chargé d’affaires for 9 months. After Oslo, he was posted to New York City until 2016 as the counsellor (legal, human rights, humanitarian) and legal counsel at the Permanent Mission to the United Nations.
At Headquarters, he has held a series of posts in the Legal Bureau and was deputy director of the Maghreb and Persian Gulf Division (2004 to 2007). Most recently, he was executive director of the Defence and Security Relations Division.

She is an advocate and motivator of the motto that learning is a process that does not end, and every investment in itself is a value for the company, the environment and the society in which we live.
She started her working career as a System Administrator in the company, then as a Sector Director and for two terms a member of the Management Board.
During her 20 years of work experience as an expert, she has the opportunity to participate in many important projects for the implementation of innovations and new products in the field of the card industry. Proud of her team from the company for the first successful personalized chip cards in the country, the implementation of the highest security standards for data security PCI DSS and ISO, the introduction of secure e-commerce with 3D model and many other projects.
At the same time, she is a member of the National Council for Payment Systems at the NBRNM and the committee for encouraging non-cash payments with active participation and maximum support in the initiatives for encouraging and improving the use of electronic payment channels.
During her career, she has been engaged as a speaker and panellist at domestic conferences in the field of payment systems, security of card payments and topics in the field of electronic commerce.
The mission and goals continue to be achieved through continuous professional cooperation with banks and the entire ecosystem in which the company operates for equal participation in the modern global digital economies.
Government Relations Manager EMEA, NCR Corporation
As NCR Corporation’s Government Relations Manager EMEA, Nina is responsible for managing policy and advocacy initiatives in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
She also manages NCR’s external representation in Serbia, one of the company’s biggest and strategic locations. In that capacity, Nina is responsible for planning, executing and monitoring NCR Serbia’s external engagements and relationships with key stakeholders including government officials, business representatives, academia community and NCR Foundation’s non-profit partners.
Nina is also a member of NCR Serbia’s Leadership Council and has been serving at Women in NCR (WIN) Serbia’s Board since August 2021.
Prior to joining NCR in 2019, Nina was one of the coordinators of Clemson University’s (South Carolina, USA) study abroad programs in the Balkans and spent four years with the U.S. Embassy Belgrade’s commercial section.
She holds bachelor and master’s degrees in International Affairs from the Faculty of Political Science, University of Belgrade.

Kati Iceva is computer science engineer and leader with over 18 years of experience building and shipping Microsoft products. As Group Engineering Manager, she currently leads the engineering team of Azure Stream Analytics, Microsoft’s real-time analytics service that is designed for mission-critical workloads and was named streaming analytics market leader by Forrester. She is responsible for product strategy, technical vision, architecture, development and operations of the product. Her previous contributions span data technologies including multiple versions of the .NET Entity Framework and Power Query. With her work, she hopes to contribute to advancing the quality of human lives and health.
Seeded in her experience of working on three continents, Kati has a strong passion for enabling and supporting diverse and inclusive teams and working environments. Hoping to see more women thrive in technology industries, she takes advantage of every opportunity to encourage girls to explore computer science.
Kati holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje and Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
She resides in Seattle, Washington with her husband Alek and their two children. Outside of work, you can find her skiing, running, hiking or practicing yoga.

Viktor Mizo is the Managing Director of Kostal Macedonia, part of the German family owned Kostal Group – global leader in design and manufacturing of advanced electronics and mechatronics products for the automotive industry. He is also President of the Association of foreign companies with technologically advanced manufacturing within the auspices of the Economic Chamber of Macedonia and an outside expert for McKinsey on various economic development, FDI and free zones projects around the World.
Mr. Mizo brings to Kostal a record of exceptional leadership and strategic vision, responsible for numerous greenfield investment projects by multinational companies that have located their production or service operations in Macedonia as a CEO of the Macedonia Free Zone Authority over a period of six year. Prior to that, he spent four years as CEO of Invest Macedonia, where he played a critical role in putting Macedonia on the radar of potential investors looking to expand in Europe and was a key member of the Government’s economic team.
He co-founded and managed a technology company specialized in digital file distribution for mobile phones in Japan, as well as an internet start-up in the media and entertainment space in London and New York. Preceding this, Mr. Mizo was a technology and financial services consultant at McKinsey’s New York office. He began his career as a design engineer at Magna International and a member of the esteemed Technical Leadership Program at General Electric where he worked on locomotive design that culminated in a Black Belt position in the Six Sigma quality initiative.
Mr. Mizo received his B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the Rochester Institute of Technology, graduating summa cum laude. An alumnus of Harvard University, he holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Stevo Pendarovski is the President of the Republic of North Macedonia. He graduated in 1987 at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus”, University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius”, Skopje and obtained M.A. and Ph.D. from the Institute for Political, Legal and Sociological Research, University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius”.
