The awarded “Science and Me”project marks the third phase of collaboration between Macedonia2025 and Johnson Matthey, aiming to strengthen STEM education in North Macedonia. This cycle focuses on training and mentoring 60 early-career science teachers (grades 5–9), along with a smaller number of teachers from grades 1–5, equipping them with engaging, hands-on teaching practices and sustained support through a structured mentorship program.

The project will directly impact over 2,000 students, with a strong commitment to equity and inclusion, particularly among girls, ethnic minorities, and students from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds—ensuring broader access to quality science education across Macedonia.
