Ohrid Camp for High-Tech Excellence 2026 is a week-long educational summer program that combines the spirit of a summer camp with an intensive, hands-on experience in coding, robotics, engineering, and STEM for young people aged 11-15 from Macedonia and the Macedonian diaspora.

About the Camp
Held on the shores of Lake Ohrid, the Macedonia2025 Ohrid Camp for High-Tech Excellence brings together talented youth from Macedonia and the Macedonian diaspora to learn, collaborate, and innovate in an inspiring environment. The educational program is delivered by the Center for Technology, Robotics and Innovation (CTRI), Brainster, and iSource, in cooperation with MASIT and its member companies, and is based on project-based, mission-oriented STEM learning.

Participants work with LEGO® Education and Fable robotics platforms, designing, programming, and testing robotic solutions while tackling real-world social and environmental challenges. Alongside technical skills, the camp fosters teamwork, leadership, critical thinking, creativity, and communication, while strengthening participants’ connection with Macedonia and with peers from around the world.

Key Benefits

• Improve high-tech skills (coding, programming, and robotics);
• Promote greater enrollment of youth, and especially young girls, from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics);
• Establish connections and networks among young Macedonians living in Macedonia and young diaspora members, and support cross-cultural exchanges between them;
• Establish and strengthen the connection of young diaspora members with their homeland, developing their sense of giving back to our homeland/community; and
• Interact with some of the top leaders in the country and top business leaders from the country and/or abroad.
