We are proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between Alumni Club “MIKE ZAFIROVSKI” and Macedonia2025! This strategic partnership aims to foster long-term collaboration in education, business development, and leadership through joint initiatives that will create a dynamic ecosystem for professional growth in Macedonia.
The Alumni Club “MIKE ZAFIROVSKI” consists of Zafirovski Fellows—participants and scholarship recipients of the prestigious Zafirovski Executive Education Program. Since its launch, the program has supported 46 outstanding professionals through leadership training at globally recognized Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University, USA. With the addition of the 2025 cohort, the number of Zafirovski Fellows will grow to 53, further expanding this elite network of business leaders committed to advancing Macedonia’s economic and professional landscape.
The Memorandum outlines a framework for enhanced cooperation, focusing on key areas such as:
✅ Elevating the Zafirovski Executive Education Program, providing professionals and entrepreneurs with access to world-class leadership training promote values-based leadership.
✅ Expanding mentorship opportunities, where experienced alumni will guide and support the next generation of business leaders in Macedonia.
✅ Organizing networking events, panel discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions, connecting professionals, industry leaders, and experts.
✅ Hosting business and educational workshops designed to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and professional development.
✅ Supporting research initiatives, case studies, and whitepapers that provide valuable insights into key economic and leadership trends.
✅ Working together in the area of policy development and advocacy, with a shared vision to shape a more competitive and innovation-driven business environment in Macedonia.
As part of this event, the annual meeting of Zafirovski Fellows was also held, bringing together alumni to strengthen connections, reflect on achievements, and discuss future initiatives that will further empower professionals in Macedonia.
